Unlike the conventional method of installing heating jackets on exhaust lines of semiconductor or other manufacturing equipment, the Heating Pipe integrates the heater directly onto the pipe or bellows. It is then covered with an outer layer to form a dual-pipe structure, preventing the heater from external exposure and eliminating potential risks such as fire, particle generation, and odor emission.
